Who we are
Carduo is a product of Ardenlyx Health Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17227086) at 299 Navigation Street, Birmingham, B5 4AE. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect when you join the waitlist

We do not collect health, fitness or location data from the waitlist. Those are only requested inside the app, with your permission, and are covered by the app's own privacy notice.
Lawful basis
Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
What we will and won't do
- We will email you about Carduo's launch and, occasionally, about progress. No more than a few emails a month.
- We won't sell your details or share them with advertisers.
- We won't add you to any other Ardenlyx mailing list without asking first.
Who processes the data for us
- Supabase (database, hosted in London, UK) stores the list.
- Cloudflare serves this website.
- An email provider, named here before we send the first email, delivers launch emails.
Each processes data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we use waitlist data we will update this page and, where the change matters, email you first.
